TL Fleet Corporation Rental Terms
By renting a vehicle from TL Fleet Corporation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Age Requirements: Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Valid government-issued identification and a driver’s license must be presented at the time of rental.
- Rental Period: The rental period begins at the time the vehicle is picked up and ends when it is returned. Late returns beyond 1 hour of the scheduled time will incur a $75/hour late fee.
- Mileage Allowance: All rentals come with 200 miles per day included. Additional miles are charged at $0.62 per mile. An unlimited mileage option is available for $100/day.
- Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it had at the start of the rental. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge.
- Insurance: Renters must provide proof of insurance. If no valid insurance is provided, the renter must purchase insurance from TL Fleet Corporation at a rate of $50/day.
- Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee of $250 applies if the vehicle is returned in a condition requiring cleaning beyond normal use. Smoke damage will incur a $350 fee.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
- Vehicle Condition: Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was provided, with allowances for normal wear and tear.
